Light-duty towing
The same yard that runs the heavy wreckers runs the rollbacks, so a car gets the same answer at 3am that a semi does.
Read about light-duty towingTitan Tow & Repair tows RVs, motorhomes and campers 24 hours a day across Kansas City and northwest Missouri, on both sides of the state line, from our yard in Liberty, MO. Camper vans, smaller motorhomes and towables ride a rollback flatbed; a large Class A coach, diesel pushers included, goes on the heavy wrecker with WreckMaster-certified operators.
A motorhome is a house built on a truck chassis, and the chassis decides the tow. Tell us the class and the length, and the truck that fits it is the one that leaves the yard.
If it is on this list, say so on the phone and the right unit is dispatched the first time.

Read about winch-outs & recoveryIt is quoted per job, because an RV tow can be anything from a camper van on a flatbed to a forty-foot coach on the heavy wrecker, and those are different trucks. The inputs that set the price are the class and weight of the coach, how far it is going, where it is sitting, and whether the driveline has to be disconnected or the coach winched out first. Call (816) 888-8732 with those details and you get the number before the truck rolls.
Yes, when it is towed the way the chassis maker intends. A diesel pusher has its engine and drive axle at the back, so the drive wheels either come off the ground or the driveshaft is disconnected before the coach moves — rolling on a live driveline can wreck a transmission that is not being lubricated. Most pushers also run air brakes, which have to be dealt with before the wheels will turn freely. This is the same heavy-wrecker work we do on buses and tractors, done by WreckMaster-certified operators rather than improvised.
Get everyone out and away from traffic first; nobody rides inside a motorhome or trailer while it is being towed. Then, if it is safe to do so, bring the slide-outs in, raise the levelling jacks, stow the awning and any roof antenna, turn the propane off at the tank, and latch the cabinets and the fridge. At a campsite, unplug shore power and disconnect water and sewer. If a slide or jack will not retract, tell us when you call — it changes how the coach gets loaded.
That depends entirely on the plan, so ask it three things: whether it sends its own provider or reimburses you, the heaviest and longest coach it covers, and how far it will pay for. RV plans are usually written differently from ordinary car motor clubs, and a Class A can fall outside a plan built around cars. If you call us directly, we take cash, the major cards and insurance billing, and you get an invoice you can submit for reimbursement.
Yes, size depending. A smaller travel trailer or camper can ride a rollback flatbed; a long fifth-wheel is a bigger conversation, so tell us the length, the number of axles and whether it is still hitched to the truck that was pulling it. If that truck is the thing that broke down, say so — sometimes the pickup and the trailer are one call, sometimes they need two trucks, and we would rather sort that out on the phone than at the shoulder.
Yes. A motorhome is heavy for its tire footprint, so wet grass, a soft gravel pad or the edge of a lakeside site can swallow the drive wheels quickly. Stop spinning them as soon as the coach stops moving, because every extra turn digs it deeper and can put the frame on the ground. Tell us what the ground is, how much room there is to work, and whether there are low branches overhead. A controlled winch-out from firm footing brings it back without dragging the coach sideways.
