Titan Tow & Repair LLC respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What this website collects

This site is static and sets no cookies of its own. We do run Google's advertising tag (gtag.js) on every page of this site, so that we can tell which advertisements lead to someone calling us. It may set cookies and share data with Google, including when you tap a phone number on the page, and it is subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to build a profile of you ourselves. You can opt out of Google's advertising cookies at Google Ad Settings. The site also embeds a Google map on the contact and home pages, which loads only when you press it and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

What we collect when you contact us

When you call or email we record what we need to do the job: your name, phone number, vehicle details, location and destination, and payment details where applicable. Fleet and insurance work also involves the unit number and claim reference.

How we use it

To dispatch a truck, complete the work, invoice it and answer questions afterwards. We keep job records as long as our accountants and insurers require, and no longer than we need to.

Who we share it with

Only where the job requires it — the destination repair shop, your insurer or fleet manager, or law enforcement where a vehicle is recovered at their direction. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing.

Calls

Dispatch calls may be recorded for accuracy and safety on emergency jobs.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Some records have to be retained for tax and insurance purposes.
